- Relax for 10 minutes. Use for 10 minutes per session. Afterwards, long press the power / colour button to switch off and store the mask carefully.
Follow the supplied instructions for how often to use the mask.

How to use your red light therapy mask
1. Get ready

I bought this after looking at quite a few LED masks because I wanted one that covered my neck as well, not just my face. I've had it for a while now and what I like most is how easy it's to actually keep using it. I usually put it on while reading in the evening and ten minutes doesn't feel like a chore. The silicone is soft, the straps don't dig in once adjusted, and the controller is simple enough. I didn't notice anything overnight obviously, but my skin has looked a bit brighter and more even with regular use, which is what I wanted. I also compared it with some way more expensive masks before buying and, for me, I don't feel like I'm missing out on much.
